Overview:
It is used for detecting the runout of conveyor tapes to prevent material overflow and other faults due to tape runout. This
machine is widely used in the transport system of mining, electric power and chemical industries.
Working principle:
When the running tape is deflected, the edge of the tape drives the stick to rotate and squeeze to make it tilt, if the stick
tilts more than the first action angle, the switch issues a set of switching signals, if the stick continues to tilt more than the
second action angle, another set of switching signals is output. The two sets of switch signals can be used to warn or stop
the machine respectively.

Installation And Use:
The run-off switch is fixed to the bracket and then welded to the tape frame, the axis of the vertical roller is perpendicular to
the tape plane, the distance between the vertical roller and the edge of the tape is 50~100mm, the tape is located at the lower
1/3 of the vertical roller, a pair of runout switches can be installed for every 50m of tape.
