Overview:
This machine is used in belt conveyors for slipping (stalling) of the tape and active pulley during operation, preventing
serious accidents caused by slipping. The machine can also be used for the chain start and stop of multiple belt conveyors,
low-speed brake or over-speed protection, etc., making the operation on site simple and improving safety. It is widely used
in industries with belt conveyors such as steel, electric power, coal mines and ports.
Working principle:
This set of detector is allowed to be used within the working voltage range of AC220V±10%, 50Hz, and the speed measuring
range is 20~999r/min output state, normally closed type. When out of the wheel (from the disk) with the tape machine running
and drive the inner pulse disk, in the pulse disk rotation when the sensor's magnetic should signal input to the control circuit,
by triggering - amplification - output, and then count, its count value and preset number comparison, to determine the tape belt
speed, namely: normal speed, slipping speed, overspeed speed, etc.. At the same time, the actuator circuit outputs the
corresponding switch signal to achieve the monitoring purpose. The belt speed can be determined according to the user's
requirements, please specify when ordering, the bandwidth is not related to the detector.

Structure characteristics:
The machine consists of a relay, connecting shaft, contact wheel and support arm. It is easy to install and safe to use. As it is
installed on top of the return tape, the whole machine runs smoothly and avoids the damage to the tape when the old product
fails. The casing is made of aluminium alloy and the surface is coated with electrostatic spraying, the paint film is even and
the adhesion is strong. The whole machine has a high protection level of IP66, which makes it suitable for working under
harsh conditions.
Installation And Use:
First weld the fixed bracket to the crossbeam of the conveyor; then attach the support arm to the bracket with pins and cotter
pins. After installation the following requirements should be met.
The slip detector device is placed in the direction of the running tape, with the contact wheel 200-300mm from the edge of the tape.
Installation And Use:
The run-off switch can be fixed at the top or bottom of the longitudinal beam of the conveyor, and the action rod is about
25mm from the edge of the tape. When the running tape is deflected, the edge of the tape drives the stick to rotate and
squeeze to make it tilt, if the stick tilts more than the first action angle, the switch issues a set of switch signals, if the
stick continues to tilt more than the second action angle, it outputs another set of switch signals. The two sets of switch
signals can be used for alarm or stop respectively. After the tape machine is reset to normal operation, the vertical stick
will be reset automatically.
