Product Description
The detector is installed on the side wall of the chute, When the chute is blocked, the accumulaled material squeezes the movable door and deflects it, which activates the travel switch and signals an alarm or shut down, After the fault is removed, the movable door is automatically reset under the action of pressure spring.
Working principle:
1.The detector adopts the pressure measuring activity structure, after trouble shooting, the thrust of the pressure spring makes it automatically reset.
2. High-performance micro switch is used in the machine, the action is flexible, high reliability.
3.Small size, easy to install.
Installation use:
Installed on the vertical sympathetic wall of the slot which is not directly impacted by the moving material.Product can be divided into two groups, installation height according to user needs, generally installed in the bottom of the chute in the upper third of the height is appropriate.
The product can also be used in two groups of four, one group is installed on the side wall of the chute at a relative height of one-third from the bottom, as a light blockage detection, used to receive the signal from the grasping device, when the chute is blocked, the signal is received by the moving device and starts to vibrate, the other group is installed at the bottom two-thirds,as a heavy blockage detection output stop signal when blockage occurs.
